I joined RHL in 1997 from outside the recruitment sector at a point when the company was only a year old and have seen and played a part in helping it to grow to the successful thriving business that it is today. I joined RHL because I wanted to work in the recruitment industry, especially as a headhunter, it was an exciting and rewarding career I wanted to explore and felt I could achieve in, at the time however I only had two and half years experience in the corporate sector so was slightly less experienced than most people in the headhunting industry.
